OUR PROCESS

INITIAL INTERVIEW

We will have a laid back and highly confidential telephone conversation with you. This allows us to get to know you and answer any questions you have about our service. We will review your initial profile to establish that you meet our criteria for becoming a client. This will ensure that you are a good fit for our service and we are a good fit to help you with your search.

CLIENT CONSULTATION

This will be an in-depth consultation with your matchmaker. We will discuss in detail your requirements and your search criteria. During this process we will clarify what you are looking for and we will get to the heart of what is crucial for you.

PARTNER SEARCH

After establishing what you are looking for we will cast the net wide and search our database and our love scouts will head hunt within their networks and in all the right places to find compatible matches. We will do all the searching and screening for you.

SELECTING COMPATIBLE MATCHES

All potential singles are screened and this includes a personal in-depth interview. We make sure any singles selected as potential matches are the best possible matches for our clients. Once we have found potential matches, you will be presented with profiles of your matches.

MEETING YOUR MATCHES

Your matchmaker will provide pre and post-date coaching to make sure that you are yourself on your dates.

FEEDBACK

This is possibly the most important part of the matchmaking process. After your first date with your match you will talk to your matchmaker with your feedback on the date. Your date will also give us feedback. This feedback will help us to refine our search with any future introductions (if needed). Most of our clients meet a great partner within the first few introductions.
